All Stars GameW nocy z niedzieli na poniedziałek o godzinie 2.00 czasu polskiego zostanie rozegrany mecz gwiazd pomiędzy drużynami Wschou i Zachodu. Składy: Eastern Conference
GUARDS Allen Iverson - 76ers. Iverson shows absolutely no signs of slowing down. He continues to be a scoring machine. He's also handing out a lot of assists. He's got to be loving coach Mo Cheeks' system.
Dwyane Wade - Heat. Wade is one of the league's most athletic players and is fun to watch in the open court. He plays taller than his height and is a team player. Shaquille O'Neal has handed the reins to the quiet, unassuming Wade, who has proven worthy of the challenge.
Gilbert Arenas - Wizards. Arenas will serve as a replacement for Jermaine O'Neal. His 28-plus points per game surely indicates that his invitation is richly deserved.
Chauncey Billups - Pistons. This is a tribute to the Pistons, who have a terrific starting five. Billups runs a tight ship in Detroit and is a scorer and playmaker who adjusts his game for the good of the team.
Richard Hamilton - Pistons. He's one of the top perimeter shooters in the league and he's taken his offense up a few notches this season. Hamilton is also an underrated defensive player. FORWARDS
LeBron James - Cavaliers. James continues to improve his game. He is a complete player, is unselfish, and is one of the league's most exciting players. The scary thing about James is he's only 21 years old. The sky's the limit.
Jarmaine O`Neal - Pacers. O'Neal's is injured and won't play in this year's All-Star game, but he's a terrific frontcourt player when he's healthy. You just can't ignore what he's done on the court.
Chris Bosh - Raptors. Bosh has now become the leader of this team and has run with it. His numbers are way up this season, he's grabbing a lot of rebounds and takes good shots from the
Vince Carter - Nets. The high-flying Carter is one of the most exciting players in the league. He's putting up terrific numbers this season and should add much-needed excitement to this game.
Paul Pierce - Celitcs. This was a controversial pick. A lot of people felt that Gilbert Arenas was better qualified to play in this game. Pierce is a terrific player though, and will represent the Celtics quite well.
Rasheed Wallace - Pistons. Wallace is the x-factor for the Pistons. He's the guy who can nail a 3-pointer or play very tough perimeter defense in the paint. He, too, has sacrificed his game.
CENSTERS
Shaquille O`Neal - Heat. O'Neal has helped transform the Heat into one of the Eastern Conference's top team. He started off slowly, allowing Wade to lead the way. But Shaq picked up his production as the season has progressed and remains the most dominant force in the NBA.
Ben Wallace - Pistons. Wallace is probably the most important piece to Detroit's puzzle, because he can play defense like no one else in the league. Opposing teams need to account for him when they draft their offensive scheme against the Pistons.
Western Conference
Kobe Bryant - Lakers. Love him or hate him, Bryant is having a terrific season. His 81 points against the Raptors was one for the books. Described as stubborn, he has become more of a team player with Shaquille O'Neal out of the picture.
Steve Nash - Suns. Many, including Jason Kidd, are saying Nash might be the league's best point guard. The Suns probably have no complaint with that assessment as he has helped guide this team to another level. He shoots well, leads the league in assists, and is a pesky
Ray Allen - SuperSonics. Allen could be the most clutch perimeter shooter in the NBA. He's got a quick release and isn't afraid to take the game into his own hands. He did sprain his left ankle against Charlotte on Feb. 6 and that could affect his status.
Tony Parker - Spurs. Parker, a guard, leads the league in points in the paint. That's an incredibly impressive stat. Even more impressive is his 55-percent field goal percentage.
FORWARDS Tracy McGrady - Rockets. McGrady is one of two Rockets in the Western Conference starting lineup. He started off slowly and has been bothered by a nagging back injury. However, the Rockets are clearly a much better team with him in the lineup.
Tim Duncan - Spurs. Duncan doesn't put up huge numbers, but that shouldn't suggest he doesn't have a strong impact on his team's success. Duncan is a skilled player with a high basketball IQ. He knows how to play the game and understands what it takes to win games and make his teammates better.
Kevin Garnett - Timberwolves. Garnett's numbers are very impressive, but they're down slightly in comparison to previous seasons. He is among the league-leaders in double-doubles.
Elton Brand - LA Clippers. Elton Brand has elevated his game this season and is likely the biggest reason why the Clipps will make the playoffs this season. He's in the early running for league MVP.
Shawn Marion - Suns. Marion benefits from an up-tempo offense that caters to his strengths, which are scoring in transition, grabbing rebounding and getting steals. He's had to step up his game when Amare Stoudemire was lost and has done so flawlessly.
Dirk Nowitzki - Mavericks. The Mavericks have one of the top teams in the NBA and Nowitzki is a big reason why. He's the leader of this team and is a great competitor.
CENTERS
Yao Ming - Rockets. Yao has world-wide appeal, which has led him to the starting lineup once again. He was the leading vote-getter...once again. He's a good player who's getting better, and he's making his team better. Yao has a soft touch for a big guy and plays with good fundamentals.
Pau Gasol - Grizzlies. Gasol isn't putting up huge numbers, but he's certainly having his best all-around season. He's scoring, rebounding, passing and blocking shots.

No ja na dzisiaj znalazłem jeden typ wart uwagi.
